
Clive Dolman – Chairman
Clive has over 20 years’ experience in the private equity industry, both as an Owner Manager in private equity backed businesses and with Candover as an Operating Partner. He has been involved in sourcing, managing, growing and exiting a number of private equity investments on an international basis and has lived and worked overseas for the Swissair Group. He has been a Non-executive Director of several Candover portfolio companies and also has over 10 years of City experience.

Stuart Sutton – Chief Executive Officer
Stuart has over 25 years of experience in the global telecommunications industry. This includes executive roles in operations, engineering, customer service, product management and IT. Stuart has worked and lived in Europe, Asia and North America for BT, Concert, THUS, Telecom New Zealand and Cable & Wireless Worldwide (where he served as CTO).

John Thompson – Chief Financial Officer
John is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Deloitte where he worked for 14 years predominantly within the corporate finance arm with high growth businesses. After Deloitte, he has been CFO of a number of rapidly growing private equity backed businesses.

John Hall – Sales and Marketing Director
John has extensive experience in the IT and Telecoms industry. He joined Infinity from Phoenix IT where he was Group Sales & Marketing Director for 10 years which included taking the company to a successful IPO. Prior to Phoenix IT John held a number of Sales & Business leadership roles within Cable & Wireless.

Jenny Scapens – Chief Information Officer
Jenny has been 6 years at Infinity primarily building, developing and implementing ICT solutions and capabilities within the company from the ground up, growing the systems and functions in line with the businesses continued expansion. Prior to Infinity Jenny spent 8 years gaining commercial experience within the telecommunications industry concentrating on systems analysis and development.

Simon Blackburn – Operations Director
Simon has spent the last 12 years running large, multi-site, multi-disciplined service organisations, providing business critical services and infrastructure to large blue chip organisations. At Thus plc, Simon built and developed a single service organisation working to ITIL principles, scaling to meet a 400% growth in customer network connections in under a year. He was responsible for the end to end delivery and in-life management of all services.
